Many faculty members have been at Playpen for as long as thirty or forty years. They stay because there is job security, job satisfaction and a career path — three things that are rarer in teaching than they should be.
Our faculty includes both locally and internationally qualified teachers. Junior classes are staffed with Class Teachers and Assistant Teachers so that individual students get individual attention; senior classes work with Class and Subject Teachers, most of whom hold advanced international qualifications in their discipline.
Teaching is supported by multimedia projectors, science and IT laboratories endorsed by Cambridge and the British Council, and a modernised library — on a purpose-built campus in Bashundhara.
